Leveraging the success of the "Guess what's coming next" strategy from the "Javelin" album launch, we focused on Sufjan Steven's nostalgic content for the Holiday Countdown.
By curating engaging content and encouraging fan interaction, we aimed to drive plays and create a sense of community and anticipation around Sufjan Stevens' Christmas music during the holidays.
The Results
In a festive 12-day stretch known as the Holiday Countdown, AKR witnessed a remarkable upswing in online dynamics. Followers notched an impressive +5% growth, while the reach soared by an astounding +223%. Page discovery experienced an extraordinary +317% surge, coupled with a noteworthy +77.8% increase in engagement from non-followers. The Holiday Countdown also saw a substantial uptick of +33.8% in link taps, underscoring heightened user interaction. Furthermore, the Reel engagement witnessed an extraordinary spike of +3,816%, marking a substantial 10.8K increase in engagements compared to the usual metrics.
